Mediterranean Chicken

1 Chicken 3-5 Lbs, Pieces or 1/2 Birds
1-cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbs Howling Wolf Mediterranean Poultry Rub
Rinse and trim chicken. Place in a large dish or bowl. Coat well with oil, there should be some pooling. Sprinkle a liberal coating of rub on all sides of chicken and let sit in the refrigerator 8 hrs for best flavor. NOTES: The amount of oil and rub will vary depending on the size of your bird and the marinating time can vary from a few minutes to 2 days. Grill as usual. Finish with a splash of lemon for a refreshing flavor.
