My dry rubs are a blend of high quality herbs and spices mixed with sea salt to enhance the flavors of your food.
The easiest way to use them is just rub a thin layer on any cut of meat and cook as usual. For large cuts of meat, you can leave the rub on overnight for the deepest flavor. All of my rubs are great on chicken, pork, and beef as well as their specific intended use. Feel free to sprinkle them on pastas, potatoes and other vegetables. They can be great on tofu and other soy products, too!
