Howling Wolf Extra Spice BBQ Sauce
How to feed a lot on a little.
Only 2 pounds of meat will serve a crowd.
Serves 12
2 pounds ground chuck
1 large onion, diced
2 celery ribs, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can petite diced tomatoes, drained
1 bottle Howling Wolf Extra Spicy BBQ Sauce

Brown ground chuck in frying pan. Pour off most of the fat and add the diced onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent. Add the celery and green pepper and continue the sauté for another 5 minutes or so.

Pour in the tomato sauce and drained diced tomatoes. Stir in the Howling Wolf Extra Spicy. Let simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve on Kaiser rolls with a side of cole slaw, vinegar-flavored potato chips, and large dill pickles.

You’ll draw a tailgate crowd.
