Howling Wolf Quick Tomato Pasta


1 16 oz box pasta 
4 oz  mushrooms cut thick
½  onion, diced
¼ pack pepperoni or other cooked sausage
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil 
1 Tbs Howling Wolf Mediterranean Poultry Rub

Begin to cook your pasta (al dente)
Lightly heat the olive oil and sweat the onions and mushrooms
Add sausage, tomatoes and the Rub
Simmer sauce till pasta is done cooking
Drain pasta, mix with the sauce and serve
